It wags with every movement just like a happy puppy. I love the feeling of this plug though, the gel is soft and fills you up comfortably.
The shape of the plug portion could be improved upon as I don't have a slipping problem with bullet shaped type tail-plugs. It is also inconvenient for solo pup-play when I have my paws cinched up tight & can't reinsert my tail. I've had a problem with it slipping out when I'm not standing on 2 legs, not ideal for a 4-legged creature lol! This has led to a few embarrassing (but laughable) moments in the bedroom. It was too big for me when I first got it, but I can easily use it now with lots of lube.
